What it takes to connect the systems you run.
What this door talks to
Your inventory system feeds stock and orders in. Approved wholesale orders would go back out, and that one is not built yet.
What it keeps about you
Your accounts, the people at them, your quotes and orders, visits, tasks, issues and how each account is doing.
Who can see it
Only the business the records belong to can see them, and the database is what stops anyone else — not a check somebody could forget.
Can anything outside reach it
No. Nothing outside reaches your customer records — not another program, and not your own assistant.
What is not built
Bringing your customer records in from a file, and taking them out in bulk. Neither one exists today.
- Bringing your customer records inThere is no way to load a customer book in bulk, so records go in one at a time through the screens. This is the biggest gap in the set and it is named rather than buried.
- Taking your customer records outThe download covers the manual side only. There is no bulk read of your customer records, and therefore no row count to check a load against.
- Sending approved orders back upThis app never sends the same order twice. What is missing is a way for your system to tell us a repeat is not a second order. A duplicate wholesale order is real money, so we will not send any until it can.
What runs in practice mode, what is wired to what, and what each of your systems takes.
[ PRACTICE ]All four of these systems run in here right now. Each follows the real product's published document. None is your own account — we connect your inventory system next. More is below.

Your systems feed this CRM. One thing would go back out — approved wholesale orders — and that one is not built yet.None of your own systems is connected yet. Every number on your screens is the sample company's.Each row below shows what will connect, and what will move when it does.
Your inventory system
Will cover both your stock and your orders — one account doing two jobs.

Your books
There is nothing here to plug in yet — this row would be filled through your inventory system.
What is still owed and what is overdue, beside the buyer it belongs to — as of now, rather than as of the last time your systems spoke to each other.

Nothing here runs on a timer. A screen asks your systems when you open it, and says when it asked.
Your retail website and your marketplace send their orders to your inventory system, not here.
You see what they sold as stock.
Wholesale orders — the ones your buyers place with you — come in here.
- approved orders — the only thing this CRM would send out, and it is not built yet
- everything else is read only — nothing is changed in your systems
- the filled box is the one your other systems feed — everything here reads from it
Nothing here is connected to your business yet.
Every number on your screens right now comes from Atlantica, the invented company this app ships with. Turning these on is the next thing we build — so for now each card opens the real screen and shows you exactly what it will take.
Stock is the one most people start with, so that is the card to open first.
Direct sales
[ PRACTICE ]Sales made straight to the people who finally buy a piece, and the shops that carry the line.

No records of your own yet.
Your buyers and your people can come in from a spreadsheet — a file today, straight out of your old CRM later.
Bringing files in isn't open yet. Emptying the sample company would take your own records with it, and we are fixing that first.
