Account health
Open an account’s health score and it comes apart into what it was worked out from, heaviest first, with the method said out loud.
The arithmetic adds up in front of you. You are never handed a number to trust.
The reason an account is on your list is shown beside it, in a sentence.
If you disagree with the reason, the reason is the thing to argue with — not the number.
