Connect your assistant
This page is about connecting your own assistant, the one you already use outside Bisbe, to Bisbe, so that it can look things up and draft for you. It is separate from Bisbe’s own assistant.
Your assistant can read what you can read in Bisbe, and is designed not to read more.
Once your assistant has read something from Bisbe, that information is held by your assistant’s provider under their terms, not ours. Do not connect an assistant to a firm’s Bisbe if your firm’s confidentiality duties do not allow that.
Your assistant connects with a key, and each person has their own. Resetting it ends that key’s access.
Bisbe still answers on its own, with or without it. This is a convenience, not a requirement.
Claude is the assistant we have tested most. Other assistants that support the same connection standard may work. We have not tested them.
Add Bisbe to your assistant, ask it one question you already know the answer to, and check the answer comes back with the page and the date on it before you rely on it.
If it ever stalls or comes back empty, ask in Bisbe directly, and tell us with a Product feedback job in Work.
