Order and invoice questions
Bisbe is designed to send a question about a customer’s own order, invoice, payment or refund to a person instead of answering it itself.
Your Library can state your refund policy. It does not decide an individual refund.
That is deliberate. A confident wrong answer about somebody’s money is worse than no answer.
