Queue

One Queue for the whole workspace, not one per tab. It answers a single question: what is holding for my say-so.

Questions nothing written down covered, drafted changes to your Library, and drafts made on your behalf in Contacts land in it.

The Queue keeps nothing of its own. Every row is a real record from a tab you already use, so clearing it there clears it here.

It is a list of decisions, not of chores.
