Work
Work shows every job your firm has, in one place. Each job has a status: New, Doing, On hold, Done or Dropped. A job that is On hold names what it is waiting on; a job that is Dropped gives a reason.
A job can link back to the question or customer request it came from. Each job has one of seven types: Job, Task, Follow-up, Problem, Idea, Question or Product feedback.
